The entire admission process usually takes an average of 12 months, give or take 3 months. We recommend you start as early as possible at least a year before your desired resumption period. Since there are many factors to consider and at times mandatory exams to prepare for, selecting the right program to apply to and the visa process takes time.
There are different aspects of the application where you will be required to make a payment depending of the country, school and program you choose to apply to. You might be required to take some standardized exams like GRE, SAT, TOEFL etc. that you will need to pay for. You might need to get your transcript evaluated by an evaluation agency like WES. The application fee for each program differs and the total amount you will pay also depends on the number of schools you decide to apply to. So there is no ballpark amount as the total cost you will pay depends on many factors.
Our admission application can be paid in 3 installments and InfoMart special combo can be paid in 4 installments.
Getting an admission offer in a school abroad is not a guarantee that you will be given a visa to the country. The university’s international student officer will provide you with supporting documents confirming your admission and scholarship to a specific program within the university. You will use the documents to apply for a visa and complete portions of the visa application. Many countries require that you appear for an in-person interview and your visa will be granted based on the consular’s evaluation of you. The study permit is valid throughout your study program. It will remain valid for an additional 30-90 days depending on the country, following the end of the program. The student must make preparations to either extend his/her legal stay within this period or leave the country.
